Prospective (new) & returning athletes - To be added to the tryout information list, email: Foothillgirlsgolf@gmail.com. Please include your full name, grade in Fall 2023, personal email address (not school email), parent name, parent phone # and parent email.

​REQUIREMENTS for PROSPECTIVE & RETURNING ATHLETES
​
BEFORE TRYOUTS YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
Register on AthleticClearance.com - ALL returning and prospective athletes will need to do this prior to tryouts, summer programs or their seasons. If you have not registered, you may be dropped from your sport.

Physical - Before tryouts, you will need to complete & upload your physical to AthleticClearance.com. You can dowloand the physical form on AthleticClearance.com or by following this link. Physicals will need to be updated annually.
